Judith Carolyn Escue, age 81 of Goodlettsville went home to be with the Lord Friday, October 1, 2021 at Skyline Medical Center.
She was born May 24, 1940 in Madison, TN to James & Ruby Morgan Galbreath.
She worked as a church secretary for Union Hill Baptist Church., where she was a member.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon McCutcheon.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Ray Escue, Goodlettsville, TN; sons, Paul (Marcia) Brown, Greenbrier, TN, Allen (Peggy Bussey) Brown, Goodlettsville, TN and Charlie (Ochmaa) Escue, Bloomington, IN; daughter, Lucy (Jason) Girt, Knoxville, TN; brother, Jay (Lynda) Galbreath, Goodlettsville, TN; 3 grandchildren, Khulan, Sayana, and Jacoby.
A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, October 4, 2021 at 2 pm in Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Franklin, KY with Pastor Doug Thornton officiating and with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Monday, October 4, 2021 11:30 am-1:30 pm at Austin & Bell in White House.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to Union Hill Baptist Church.
