SAVAGE, James Kenneth Age 92 of Greenbrier, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris Savage, parents James Dewey and Virgie Mai Savage, son John D. Savage and grandson, Jason M. Savage.
He is survived by his children Ronnie (Debbie) Savage, Gary (Jeri Lynn) Savage, Tony (Kelly) Savage, Jeff (Melissa) Shoulders, Kim Pearce, Emily Vantrease; grandchildren, Ashley Savage, Lindsey (Greg) Reeder, Lanie (CJ) Vaughn, Kailey (Roman) Pryor, Kennedy Williams, Allison (Coty) Jett, Joshua (Amber) Shoulders, Kristen (Will) Broyle, Jonathan Pearce, Eric (Presley) Pearce, Heather Vantrease and great grandchildren, Waylon Fuqua, Noah, Max & Avery Reeder and many other beloved extended family and dear friends.
James was an Army medic and retired truck driver. He loved traveling with his wife Doris, fishing, hunting, trapping and was a huge Tennessee Vols fan.
A Special thank you and appreciation to the wonderful care givers at Gentiva Hospice, Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital and the nurses and residents at The Pavillion Senior Living Carthage.
There will be a Celebration of life held at a later date.
