Gerald Wayne Boone, age 74 of the Clementsville Community in Clay County, TN passed away Sunday afternoon, May 31, 2026 at the Tri-Star Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Wayne is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Memorial Services for Gerald Wayne Boone will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Ronnie Birdwell officiating. Interment in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Sunday morning at 11 a.m. until his service at 3 p.m.
He is preceded in death by: parents, Bedford & Mildred Russell Boone, brothers, Billy & Ted Cherry.
Survivors include: daughters, Angela Hackett & husband Waylon of Lafayette, Natalie Boone of Cookeville; Son, Chris Boone & wife Keshia of Celina; grandchildren, Dillion Smith, Delilah Hackett, Addison Boone, Layla Boone, Cecilia Boone & Gavin Boone; great-grandchildren, Dyson & Annalee Smith; Lifelong friend, Donnie Cherry of the Hermitage Springs Community.
