Mrs. Frances Barton Williams, age 94 of the Difficult Community, died Tuesday morning, May 6 at Highpoint Health-Riverview in Carthage.
She is survived by:
- 3 daughters: Melinda Dennis of Carthage, Mary Carver and husband Ronnie of Difficult, Carolyn Chaffin and husband Darrell of Lafayette in the Galen Community;
- Brother: Carroll Barton and wife Brownie of Union Camp;
- 6 grandchildren: Tim Dennis and wife Leisha of Cookeville, Jeremy Dennis and wife Tara of Tanglewood, Elizabeth Rankin and husband Brad of Manchester, Aaron Carver and wife Madison of Difficult, Emily Chaffin and Ethan Chaffin of the Galen Community;
- 4 great-grandchildren: Adalyn and Samuel Dennis, Sophie Rankin, Jameson Carver.
Mrs. Williams is at the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral home in Kempville where her service will be conducted on Friday afternoon, May 9 at 1:00 PM. Eld. Greg Dunham and Eld. Brad Carver will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens with Eld. Britt Little officiating.
Serving as pallbearers are: Tim Dennis, Jeremy Dennis, Aaron Carver, Ethan Chaffin, Rusty Williams, Brad Rankin, Greg Barton.
Visitation will begin on Thursday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
