Mr. David Dewayne Church, Jr. was born January 15, 1985 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of LaKay Yvette Ready and Dvid DeWayne Church, Sr. This life came to an end suddenly on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Clay County, Kentucky.
David accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was united with Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Tennessee Preparatory School.
David enjoyed Basketball, football, drawing and helping others. He will be missed dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, David DeWayne Church Sr.,
