Clarence Edward “Eussy” Woodroof, age 91 of Nashville, TN, July 20, 1930 – January 29, 2022.
Preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Eady Mai Woodroof; stepfather, Charles L. Richardson; and wife of 22 years, Dorothy R. Sullivan; son, Charles E. Woodroof.
Survived by grandsons, Landon (Allison) Woodroof and Taylor (Tessa) Woodroof; great-grandchildren, Barnett and Wright Woodroof.
Clarence was a member of Sunset Hills Baptist Church and retired from the Tennessee Army National Guard as Sergeant Major with 41 years’ service. He was also a Korean War Veteran.
Visitation will be Monday, February 7, 2022, from 12 Noon – 2 p.m. with services to follow at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road. Interment with Full Military Honors at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sunset Hills Baptist Church.
