Charles Dale Hawkins, age 49 of Cookeville, TN & formerly of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 31, 2024 in Cookeville, TN.
Charles is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN. The family has chosen cremation & a memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is preceded in death by: mother, Carol Sue (Birdwell) Hawkins.
Survivors include:
- daughtet, Liberty Hawkins of Red Boiling Springs;
- father, Dale Hawkins of the Hermitage Springs Community;
- brother and sister-in-law, Royce Brandon & Shannon Hawkins of the Kempville Community;
- companion, Tonya Cherry of Red Boiling Springs;
- niece, Armani Hawkins of Lafayette.
