Andrew Thomas Clore, age 42, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
He was born on Tuesday, November 1, 1983 in Carbondale, Illinois to Tom and Chloe Ann Clore. He grew up in Eldorado, Illinois. As a young boy, Andrew became a Christian and was baptized while attending Eldorado First Baptist Church.
Andrew attended Eldorado Elementary School, Eldorado Junior High, and Eldorado High School and was an award-winning, and Illinois State-qualifying, athlete, playing many sports over the years, including: football, basketball, baseball, and track. With his deep love of music, he also played drums in the school band and formed a couple of rock bands on his own.
He went on to study Audio and Entertainment Business at SAE Institute of Technology Nashville, eventually taking his musical dreams to Los Angeles, California. Andrew’s LA-based bands, Jack Left Town and Captain Scurvey, played at multiple legendary rock clubs on the Sunset Strip, including: The Roxy, The Viper Room, The Key Club, and House of Blues, among others.
Andrew moved from Los Angeles to Nashville in 2011 to be closer to family. He worked in booking at WME (William Morris Endeavor), followed by working as a sales rep in the professional logistics world, most recently serving as a National Sales Executive at Jordan Carriers.
In 2019, Andrew founded what would become his proudest professional achievement – Quentin’s Sauce – named in honor of his Grandpa, the late Dr. Quentin Wilson of Eldorado. As expressed by Andrew in Quentin’s Sauce marketing materials, “Dr. Quentin is remembered as a man who lived with bold purpose. His example of a full life led Andrew to pursue his dream and create (Quentin’s Sauce).” As of this writing, Quentin’s Sauce is available at all Publix Super Markets in the State of Tennessee, and is featured on Season 29 of Hot Ones, earning rave reviews from Daniel Radcliffe and Luke Combs, among others.
Andrew had proposed to Megan Monette and they planned on marrying soon.
He is survived by fiancée, Megan Monette, her daughter, Poppy, and his beloved Australian Shepherd, Sally; parents, Tom and Chloe Ann Clore; brother, sister-in-law and nephews, John, Sarah, Harvey, and Charlie Clore; sister and brother-in-law, Emily and Joe Wathen; niece and husband, Genevieve and Alex Stratton. He was preceded in death by grandparents Dr. Quentin and Louise Wilson, Catherine Clore Diefenbach, and Thomas A. Clore.
Andrew made a very bright, positive, and lasting impact on this world through his care for all people, his wit and humor, and his deep and long-term friendships – both with friends and family – from Eldorado to Los Angeles to Nashville and beyond.
