February 13, 2025 – A Nashville three-time convicted drug felon is now charged with two counts of commercial sex trafficking after he allegedly lured two women to Nashville from Florida and Texas and forced them into prostitution.

Francisco Pascual Angulo, 37, was taken into custody Wednesday night at his 2125 Acklen Avenue (Suite A) residence. During the execution of a search warrant at the home, Special Victims Division detectives seized $118,000 cash, a 2024 Corvette, a Tesla sedan, jewelry, and high-end bags/purses.

This investigation began on Monday when the two women left Angulo’s home, checked into a local motel, and called police. Detectives learned that the women arrived in Nashville last month after meeting Angulo on a website. They reported that he promised them a lavish lifestyle and steady employment. Both said after arriving at Angulo’s residence, they were told to begin prostituting themselves through sex deals at various locations arranged for by Angulo with a pricelist he provided.

Angulo was booked into the Metro Jail after declining to answer detectives’ questions. He is being held in lieu of $150,000 bond.

Angulo was convicted of felony drug possession for resale in February 2009 and received a 10-year probated sentence to the Community Corrections Program. He was convicted of felony marijuana possession in July 2019 and received a 1-year probated sentence. He was convicted of felony cocaine possession in August 2019 and received a 6-year probated sentence.
