Pendry Nashville has partnered with Ten Five Hospitality to lead the food and beverage program at the forthcoming hotel and residences in the Paseo South Gulch district, reports FSR.
The partnership marks Ten Five Hospitality’s first project in Nashville. The Los Angeles-based hospitality group will oversee concepting and operations for several dining and beverage spaces throughout the property, including a ground-floor signature restaurant and an all-day café and lobby bar that will transition from morning coffee service to an evening bar. The rooftop will also feature a garden restaurant and bar next to the pool, offering indoor-outdoor dining and social experiences for hotel guests, residents, and locals.
Ten Five Hospitality is known for working with high-profile culinary talent and operating several nationally recognized concepts. Its portfolio includes chef Evan Funke’s Mother Wolf, with locations in Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas, as well as Ka’teen, Bar Lis, and Desert 5 Spot. The group has also partnered with chefs Tim Hollingsworth and Chad Colby on additional restaurant projects.
Pendry Nashville will be located in Paseo South Gulch, a growing mixed-use district developed by SomeraRoad. The neighborhood already includes dining, wellness, retail, and lifestyle destinations such as Equinox, Next Health, SunLife Organics, The Catbird Seat, Maiz de la Vida, The Patterson House, Two Hands, All’Antico Vinaio, Naked Farmer, Carter Vintage Guitars, and The Blind Barber.
The 30-story Pendry Nashville property will include a 180-room hotel and 146 Pendry Residences Nashville, marking the brand’s first location in Tennessee. Designed by Nashville-based ESa with interiors by New York-based Post Company, the property will also feature a rooftop pool, wellness and fitness spaces, and multiple dining and social venues.
Pendry Nashville is being developed in partnership with SomeraRoad and TrestleStudio. Sales for Pendry Residences Nashville are being led by Redeavor.
