Up Hospitality Partners (UHP), the team behind beloved neighborhood spots Germantown Café in Germantown and Park Cafe in Sylvan Park, proudly announce the opening of their newest concept, Karrington Rowe, located in the heart of Brentwood. Designed to foster connection and deliver an elevated yet approachable dining experience, Karrington Rowe marks Up Hospitality’s third community restaurant venture. Dinner, lunch and brunch reservations are now open and available to book online here.

“We are so excited to officially be open in Williamson County,” said Sean Lyons, partner of Up Hospitality Partners. “Karrington Rowe was created with residents, colleagues and families in mind. From business lunches and happy hours to date nights, family dinner and private events, our space serves a variety of needs. We are thrilled to be a part of the Brentwood community as the newest neighborhood staple.”

Guests can begin a meal at Karrington Rowe with small plates that strike a balance between culinary craftsmanship and tradition, including veal ricotta meatballs, butternut squash fritters or the dip duo, featuring hummus and pimento cheese with crostini and pita. The menu transitions into mains, offering standout dishes like pan-seared salmon with a chili plum glaze, hoisin marinated pork chops and perfectly tender filet mignon. During lunch, diners will find fresh, filling options like the famous French onion soup, arugula salad and a seasonal white fish sandwich.

Karrington Rowe also caters to guests with dietary preferences, featuring a dedicated gluten-free menu with standout favorites such as chorizo-stuffed dates and coconut curry shrimp, ensuring all patrons can enjoy an inclusive and delicious dining experience. For those seeking vegetarian choices, the vibrant Asian noodle salad and rich garden patch pasta are sure to impress. A thoughtfully stocked bar complements the menu with craft cocktails, an array of local beer and a curated wine list intended to enhance each dish.

Designed to evoke warmth and connection, Karrington Rowe’s layout accommodates up to 130 guests, with spaces tailored for various occasions. The main dining area combines comfort with modern style holding banquettes and chair seating, while the bar invites conversation over drinks. The cozy atmosphere also features a dedicated space for semi-private gatherings of up to 30 guests. At launch, Karrington Rowe will employ 30 team members, underscoring Up Hospitality’s commitment to investing in the local community.
Located at 330 Franklin Rd. Ste. 913D, Karrington Rowe is open for lunch and dinner 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Additional information, reservations and menus are available
