This walk-up experience features a curated menu of artisanal pizzas and wines, all set against sweeping skyline views 25 floors above Broadway. Some menu highlights include:
Margherita – San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, basil, EVOO, fleur de sel – Wine selection – Wente Mt Diablo Red Blend
Soppressata + Hot Honey – Red sauce, soppressata, candied jalapeño, oregano, pecorino – Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc
Quattro Formaggi – Gorgonzola dolce, fontina, taleggio, smoked Gouda, ricotta, thyme, EVOO, fresh black pepper – Riva Ranch Chardonnay
Truffle & Wild Mushroom – Black truffle, morels, stracciatella, watercress, chive blossoms – Wente Baily Hill Pinot Noir

Grand Hyatt is located at 1000 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203/ Hours for the pizza and wine bar will be Sunday-Thursday, 4 pm until 12 am, and Friday-Saturday, 3 pm until 1 am.
