Goodlettsville residents can begin making plans for an evening of patriotic fun, family activities and fireworks as the City of Goodlettsville prepares for its Independence Day Celebration at Moss-Wright Park.
The event will take place Thursday, July 3, at Moss-Wright Park, beginning at 4 p.m. and continuing through the evening until after the fireworks display.
Beginning at 4 p.m., food vendors and the activity zone will open, offering families a chance to enjoy an afternoon of summer fun before the evening’s fireworks. City officials are encouraging attendees to bring picnic blankets and chairs to enjoy food from vendors and spend time with family and friends ahead of the celebration’s finale.
The event will conclude with a fireworks display scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. The show will be synchronized to music, closing out the evening with a festive Fourth of July display.
