Davidson County Clerk’s Main Office Closed Due to COVID-19 Outbreak

The Davidson County Clerk’s main office, located at 700 2nd Ave South, Suite 101, Nashville, TN 37210, will be closed Thursday, June 9 and Friday, June 10 following an outbreak of active COVID cases among employees.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause. We look forward to reopening for business Monday, June 13 at 8am,” reads a notice on nashvilleclerk.com.

For those needing motor vehicle services, you can visit any of the other five branch locations.

For those wanting marriage licenses, the clerk’s office recommends visiting a clerk’s office in a neighboring county.

Business licenses and notary services will be unavailable during the temporary closure. Dealer work and noting of liens may be deposited in the drop-box in the lobby of the main branch.
