Grand Opening Celebration
“We’re thrilled to bring Condado Tacos to the Donelson community, offering our signature build-your-own tacos, handcrafted margaritas, and bold flavors in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere,” said Joe Kahn, Founder of Condado Tacos. “Our Year of Yum giveaway is a great way to introduce ourselves to the neighborhood and start the celebration!”
Condado Tacos has become known for its innovative menu featuring fresh, GMO-free ingredients. Signature tacos like Lucy’s Fire and Blue Dream showcase Condado’s unique shells. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options ensure there’s something for everyone. Margaritas are muddled with fresh fruit purees, and the full bar boasts a wide selection of 100% blue agave tequilas.
Adding to the excitement, the Donelson location is one of the first to offer desserts, including:
- Churro Fries – Crispy churro fries coated in cinnamon sugar, served with a decadent chocolate sauce.
- Brownie Crush – A housemade salted, triple chocolate brownie served warm, topped with chocolate sauce and your choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
- Celebrating Donelson Through Local Art
Every Condado Tacos location features custom murals created by local artists, bringing an artistic storytelling element to the restaurant’s design. For Donelson, the walls come alive with an original mural titled “Peezler Man in Bridezilla Rampage!”—an action-packed, taco-fueled adventure set against iconic Nashville landmarks. The mural follows the heroic Peezler-masked Taco Man and his sidekick Gnome as they battle fiery Bridezillas stomping through town.
Expect references to Printer’s Alley, Opryland, the Edgehill Polar Bear sculptures, fairy floss (cotton candy), and Timothy Demonbreun’s cave—all woven into the vibrant artwork. The mural was hand-painted by talented artists, including Matt Spahr, Brian Holderman, Eric “Mobe” Bass, Thomas Barton “Folek,” Alyssa Davis, and Dewon Moton.
