Bellevue Community Center to Host Halloween Celebration

The Bellevue Community Center is hosting a Trick or Treat event this Halloween from 5 PM to 8 PM!

Kids can enjoy music and games, collect candy and participate in a fun costume contest with prizes. There will also be opportunities to capture festive moments with Polaroid pictures
