Kenneth Miles Colebank, 91, of Nashville, TN, passed away on June 14, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

Ken was born in Round Prairie Township, North Dakota on July 26, 1932, the son of Noah and Lena Colebank.

He was one of ten children and spent most of his childhood in Williston, North Dakota before entering the United States Air Force in 1952. Ken proudly served during the Korean War. Ken relocated to Tennessee where he met his beautiful wife, Barabara Colebank. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 36 years before retirement.

Ken was known for his wonderful stories and great hugs. He had a kind and loving spirit and never met a stranger. He lived a full life and had a fierce love for his family and friends. He enjoyed many activities, including playing golf, shooting pool, fishing, dancing, and playing card games. He was an active member of Tusculum Hills Baptist Church where he once served as deacon, trustee, and member of the fix-it squad. He also served on various mission trips and disaster relief projects.

In addition to his parents and siblings, Ken was preceded in death by his daughter, Kendra Logan.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 69 years, Barbara Colebank; daughter, Wendy Midgett (Mark); son-in-law, Phil Logan; grandchildren, Shannon Houser (Joel), Bradley Midgett (Meghan), William Logan (Maribel), Kenneth Midgett (Kari), and Austin Logan; great-grandchildren, Mauro, Carlos, Nallely, Kylea, Karaline, Kylar, John, Violet, and Brock; great-great-grandchild, Ezekiel; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road for a visitation from 4:00 -7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel starting at 12:00 noon.
